We recently wrapped up our second CompreFloss Flossband Workshop in collaboration with Premier Integrated Rehab, held 20–21 May 2026 at Dua Sentral, Kuala Lumpur — following our first successful run together in November 2025.

Led by Master Trainer Pn Nur Hidayah Ong, the workshop once again brought together healthcare and rehabilitation professionals for two full days of practical training in compression flossing techniques and the AMSR approach — Activation, Mobility, Strength & Recovery.

Participants left with hands-on experience applying evidence-based tools they can bring directly into clinical practice.
