We recently completed the CompreFloss Flossband Workshop in collaboration with MSN Sabah, held 4–5 July 2026 at Majlis Sukan Negeri Sabah.

Led by Master Trainer Puan Nur Hidayah Ong, the workshop brought together sports and rehabilitation professionals looking to enhance their knowledge and practical skills in compression flossing applications.

Participants engaged in hands-on practice and real-time discussion, building greater confidence applying CompreFloss techniques to support athlete performance, mobility, and recovery.
