We recently completed the CompreFloss Flossband Therapy Workshop at Sunway Medical Centre Ipoh, bringing together 10 dedicated physiotherapists committed to advancing their clinical skills.

Led by Master Trainer Puan Nur Hidayah Ong, the workshop covered the principles and practical applications of CompreFloss Flossband Therapy — helping participants enhance mobility, reduce pain, improve movement, and support better rehabilitation outcomes.

Day two focused on intensive hands-on practice, with participants refining lower limb and CompreFloss application techniques under expert guidance. Through real-time clinical discussions and practice, physiotherapists left with greater confidence applying flossing techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, enhance stability, and support faster recovery.
