We recently wrapped up the CompreFloss Flossband Workshop, held 12–13 November 2025 at Dua Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, in collaboration with Premier Integrated Rehab.

Led by Master Trainer Pn Nur Hidayah Ong, the workshop brought together healthcare and rehabilitation professionals for two full days of practical training in compression flossing techniques and the AMSR approach — Activation, Mobility, Strength & Recovery.

Participants left with hands-on experience applying evidence-based tools they can bring directly into clinical practice.
